With the invaluable experience and a commitment to preserving traditions cultivated over many years of collaboration with the Head Design and Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Since the foundation of the Institute, and today as part of the KPM ARCHCODE, our specialists have been instrumental in shaping the material base, scientific, industrial, residential, and public infrastructure of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and modern Russia.

We are Co-Authors of the I-155 Residential Building Series
The I-155 series encompasses both multi-section and tower versions. This series stands out with several advantages compared to other panel houses. It offers a wide range of planning solutions and facade options, featuring a generous ceiling height of 2.8 meters. The exterior walls have high thermal characteristics that meet contemporary standards, and the kitchens are spacious. Additionally, there are built-in storage rooms or wardrobes.

To support the production of building components for the I-155 series, we’ve developed our own technology and established a plant specializing in reinforced concrete products and building structures. This facility has been successfully in operation to this day.
One of the distinct features of the I-155 series is the prefabricated monolithic frame, which includes monolithic walls and pylons. This series also utilizes load-bearing elements of external and end panels to ensure a more uniform load distribution, setting it apart from standard series where panels are typically hinged.

COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC FACILITIES
Office (commercial) and public buildings, such as shops and restaurants, are typically situated on land plots with pedestrian access from nearby residential and administrative areas, ensuring proximity to public and transport infrastructure.

The design approach integrates the natural terrain and considers existing asphalt pavements and pedestrian paths. The parking and loading areas are strategically located to align with the existing road network, taking into account both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
The landscaping strategy prioritizes the preservation of green spaces, the addition of new green areas, the incorporation of small architectural features, decorative landscaping, and the use of artificial lighting for playgrounds and pedestrian pathways.

Reorganization of CJSC into LLC "ARCH K.P." With the establishment of a Comprehensive Design Workshop ARCHCODE (KPM ARCHCODE).
THE TEAM OF KEY SPECIALISTS CONSISTS MOSTLY OF FORMER EMPLOYEES OF GIPRONIA OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES, A design institute that is the legal successor of the AKADEMPROEKT architectural workshop at the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, founded by Academician Alexey Viktorovich Shchusev in 1938.
When designing scientific objects, it's essential to define the technological task accurately, set the goals and objectives of scientific or scientific-industrial research.
One customer may not handle this task alone. Experienced designers are required to develop a technological task, prepare initial data, and formulate scientific or scientific production programs.
